Nick and Laurie are very well connected in the community. They personally know many of the real estate transactions resources (other agents, attorneys, etc.) which helps expedites the process. They are great to work with and are almost always available when you need them. They make a great team.

Laurie's low-pressure style and personal service (including a house check the week after we closed to make sure we had closed the garage door after leaving town!) really sets her apart.
Laurie and Nick Carter know the downstate Delaware area very well, and we don't. Therefore, they were able to not only assist us with the purchase of the property but also were able to provide contact information with Land Surveyors, Soil Investigators, development HOA contact persons, etc... The Carter team is a great resource for anyone that needs additional information when moving into the Lewes, De. area. Great people and now great friends. I would highly recommend them at any time.
The Nick Carter team helped overcome many obstacles with the sale of our house. They assisted with acquiring an elevation certificate, removal from the FEMA flood plain. In addition, they assisted in fixing a hot tub, front door way, septic system and several other details. Having a team that has the local knowledge and experience was priceless. In addition, they found me a new home in a location that is perfect and assisted with recommendations of moving companies etc...

I don't know why anyone would even think of using a different realtor. This team is outstanding!!!
